Not a horror film nor is it terribly rare (in North America at least) but it's still an excellent film and it doesn't seem to be on the site so enjoy if this is your kind of thing. :)

Billy Hayes (Brad Davis) is caught and convicted to 30 years in a Turkish prison when trying to smuggle 2 kilos of haschish back to the U.S. upon returning home from a vacation in Turkey with his girlfriend. Unable to bear the corrupt Turkish judicial system and the filthy rotting prison any longer, Billy snaps and murders another man which leads to his lockup in the ward for the criminally insane.

Does Billy Hayes escape the Turkish prison or does he rot away in there like so many others before him?

Midnight Express is an excellent film. It's essentially a drama but a pretty violent and intense one.

Enjoy. :beerchug:
