Rabid Dogs
Wild Dogs
==========================

One of Mario Bava's final films, Kidnapped (Rabid Dogs) is also one of his best (at least one of the best Bava Sr.
flicks I've seen). A fast-paced and violent Eurocrime thriller about a group of unstable thugs (led by the Doctor -
played cool as ice by Maurice Poli) who become felons on the run after having murdered and robbed a man carrying a huge
sum of money during a heist.

The criminals take hostages and hit the road with an angenda of humiliation, violence, and unrelenting cruelty. The
great thing is, that they manage to achieve those ambitious objectives most admirably, but the question remains will
they escape with the cash and their lives?

This film is never a bore with a cast that does a really solid job (George 'The Beast' Eastman is a leading character -
plays one of the psychos and is only known as '32' in the flick).

Quality is truly better on this one. See for yourself :

Edit : found @ demonoid, all credits goes to the original ripper : Kolchak

This is the 'Rabid Dogs' version, without the additional scenes shot by Lamberto Bava.

BTW I'm lookin for the other cut of the movie, *with* the Lamberto Bava re-shoots and the new score.
