Dear Ancient One... first of all thank you for this post - it's always nice to see Mexican movies exactly as they were made, and not in their often "revamped" US versions.
However, the credits given on your post are for the Americanized (or simply dubbed ?) US version, not for THIS version. I don't know who was "Stim Segar", but he never directed this movie. He probably just "directed" the US actor's voices for the dubbed version in America, as his name is never credited in any Mexican original print of any movie. And K. Gordon Murray simply "produced" the US version as well.
The REAL credits (you can verify on the print) are Alfredo Ripstein, Jr. as producer - and the director was the great RAFAEL BALEDON, who also made "La maldicion de la Llorona" (Curse of the Crying Woman).
