Haunted Tales 1980

Filename.............: [SB]Haunted.Tales.1980.VCD.CD1-SBunite.mpg
Filename.............: [SB]Haunted.Tales.1980.VCD.CD2-SBunite.mpg

Plot:
Exploitation expert Mou Tun-Fei helms the first story, of a nasty lottery winner whose greed leads him to a grim fate; while acclaimed director Chu Yuan handles a newlywed bride's haunted house terrors in the second story.

Overview:
Hong Kong has its own, unique, horror anthologies, and this was one of the most eerie. Exploitation expert Mou Tun-Fei ("Men Behind The Sun") helms the first story, of a nasty lottery winner whose greed leads him to a grim fate, while acclaimed director Chu Yuan ("Heaven Sword And Dragon Sabre") handles a newlywed bride's haunted house terrors in the second story. Between the two, audiences got a masterful double serving of the macabre which still has the power to raise gooseflesh more than twenty years later.

Nope just a 2 vcd iso rip burn it or drop it in a V drive.

<Grz>

To all FSS members cheers.
Rip is make for the best place on earth.

Again massive thanks to Sbunite & the FSS guys for this, its another of a run of about 7 shaw bros horror/exploitatin vcds I'll hopefully get posted here.

I've not seen it yet but Mou Tun-Fei is an awesome dark and extreme film maker. If its anywhere near as good as Men Behind the Sun or The Nanking Massacre it will rock

To get the film and many other asian genre films go to http://www.asianusenet.com/ to get the film direct go to alt.binaries.multimedia.horror

once again, I can't get anything from asianusenet :( They groom for registration at that site which means you have to jump through hoops and be overly reliant on another site for downloading. :) Same goes for torrents, open trackers only for them.

I had to make up 2 seperate nzbs for this one from binsearch.info

Probably. Downloading the headers is deeply retarded imo, and wastes loads of b/w. Not to mention its slow as hell.

indexing sites do a far better job, with none of that tedium.
