Are you delusional?  upload vs no upload, p2p vs server download is a no contest mate. Quite flawed, many isps give it you for free and it is vastly superior in terms of speed, distribution and line speed. You are arguing p2p over server based. Sorry d0c but that shit don't roll for me I'd go as far to say if you got NZBs and ed2k on the go at the same time (as there's no upload remember), torrent is quite pointless, hence why I find very little use from it at the best of time. Its more of a pain in the ass than anything else, when there's a scrap i need that's not on emule... complete ballache having to downgrade to torrent and having to shutdown emule  Lets not get into the very large security implications of torrent and the legendary nazi-admins, private trackers and trading vs slow free public trackers. imo all ISPS should over news free; it is a major benefit for them bandwidth utilisation wise and would save them money as well as reduce overall network strain
