Yeah, It'll get done, it's all of 10 minutes long (and a waste of those 10 minutes IMHO) so I would imagine that someone from STR will do it either tonight or tomorrow ;)

now I'm lost...
I've got 'Friday.The.13th.INTERNAL.DvDivX-BLooDWeiSeR.avi' and gspot says:
Code:
Runtime: 01:35:11 (136,925 fr), 23.976fps

which I thought means it's uncut

now this one:
Code:
Runtime: 01:31:23 (137,072 fr)

it has 25fps, right? so, are those 147 frames (5,8 sec) really worth it?
I mean, of cource if it's in the movie but it could be just an advertise or black screen here and there or...

They're in the movie, not blackscreen or ads. I suppose it depends if you want the TOTALLY uncut version , or the "only cut by a tiny bit" version :)

If only cut by few sec as you say 6 sec for a splatter movie is a lot !
Just close your eyes at one bloody scene and count, see if you are happy :)

EDIT: I ordered the DVD A must have movie

So is this cut or not, I still don't get it. Is it the same as the old UK Warner copy?

No, it's not the same as the old warner DVD because that was cut (this version runtime = 91m 18s old WB DVD runtime = 90m 44s)

THIS RELEASE IS TOTALLY UNCUT.

Does that help? ;)
I did put UNCUT in the filename because the rip is the uncut version.

Yeah that helps thanks. All that talk about blackscreens, ads and 6 seconds got me confused.

And also the first victim Annie!

When she runs into the woods. And gets her throat slahed by "Jason"

In the cut version you see the knife run accross her neck and a line of blood apear, then they cut away.

In the UNCUT version they cut back and Annie grabs her neck and blood gushes out from the wound.

To be honest as stated above it's only seconds extra but it's all GORE

It's the other Friday 13th movies that are cut ALOT more.
As the series was kind of the scape goat for the MPAA, they forced cuts so that they could be seen to making an effort to parents, as F13 was the most renowned slasher

The last two posts make that clear :)

Although there may not be much difference depending on which version you have
