Can someone confirm this rip really is uncut? I have been told it is NTSC and the running time is within a few seconds of the Anchor Bay R1 DVD which according to dvdcompare is cut.

I have the R1 DVD and the back cover misleadingly states "This is the rarely seen UNCUT, UNCENSORED version".

The Anchor Bay version has a few stabs cut from the flashback where the perpetrator steals the red shoes.

No this print is in fact cut or rather in fact suffers from the same print damage as in the Anchor Bay version, from which most dvds are sourced. The flashback sequence beginning at 1:07:55 is missing a stab wound in this release and there is also an awkward jump in the soundtrack to match. In the Dutch release there is two stab wounds in total in this particular sequence. I have both the Sazuma and A-Film dvds.
