So by runtime this is the original version? I have a 1080p copy but its dubbed in english, which comes out at 96mins (at 24fps). I guess the french audio can be synced up here and the subtitles muxed.
IMDB talks about a 108 min cut, and a porno version at 73mins, Marion la perverse

Is there a good remote/headless sync tool; I tried the simple mktoolnix setting the video to 25fps instead of 24fps but its slightly off. If i was doing it locally i'd play with a desktop app but i'm wondering in this day and age there's no way to sync lips to sound.

I wouldn't know. If I have to synch audio I use a really old tool called Womble for audio speedup/slowdown or to figure out the delay needed. That about it for me.
