hmm, if you like Tetsuo, you will like this one, but it's not good as Tetsuo.
I can say that this movie is shitty, but it movie looks very good. but visuals don't make movies...

I've never seen Tetsuo myself. I like the films of Shinya Tsukamoto, i've seen Snake of June and Bullet Ballet, but this doesn't look so much in that vein of Tsukamoto's work.
I'll give it a go anyway though.
