beats me  i never spotted it before probably as the movie is quite dark but i've checked the DVD and it's still there so is it a DVD flaw or what?

yeah i spooted that after you mentioned something was present then checked my rip then the actual DVD....and it's present in all whatever the hell it is

Peaceful, rustic Berkeley is a charming fishing community where life is sweet
and the people friendly. All that is about to change. After losing her childhood

Picture quality on the original dvd was mostly perfect, except for several parts
See screenshots taken from the rip. They should've released it
on 2 dvd's instead of lowering the bitrate to allow all of the extra's.
Still the rip looks smoking.

This is actually how the dvd looks like (screen is from rip, but looks exact the same), tried to find a different dvd source but all had the same problems. tooooo many extra's.
