Average Japanese ghost story, albeit this time with a few additional elements. Also, more pale people with hair over their faces crawling out of the darkness and making screeching noises. Rather low on horror, but then again I've only watched it for one reason:  This bumps it for me to 4/10  .

No, it's some old one, long deleted. And yes, bad cropping is the first thing that I've noticed too .
