Unfortunately this version seems very much CUT, I have an old PAL OGM which is 1:31:00 vs 1:19:14 which is this one. IMDB says 96 mins, that converted to 25fps (PAL) makes 92, very close to my OGM.

Data of my OGM:

L.I - Scars of Dracula / Les Cicatrices de Dracula (1:31:00)
Video track:
704 x 368, XviD MPEG-4 codec, 25,000 fps
Audio tracks:
Ogg Vorbis, 96kbps, 48000Hz, Stereo, English[eng]
Ogg Vorbis, 96kbps, 48000Hz, Stereo, French[fre]

ed2k: Scars.of.Dracula.(1970).Bivx.En.Fr.-.[LI].ogm  [701.82 Mb] [Stats]

How did you get from 96 minutes to 92 by knowing the frame-rate?
Just out of curiosity.

Hmmm. How do you know it has 24 fps?

And why does it have 24 fps? PAL has 25 and NTSC has 30. Why is there a need for 24? I've read through the wiki and still don't get it. :wacky:

Cinema movies are 24 fps, when they are "telecined" to NTSC, 1 frame every 4 is added to match 30 fps, so the total running time is the same, but has many repeated frames. If you notice, correct NTSC rips are 24 fps (23.96), because IVTC (inverse TeleCine) is applied, removing those redundant frames. And again the running time remains the same. With PAL it's different, because to match the 25 fps, the whole movie is accelerated by 1 frame every 24, so it is slightly faster and running time shorter.

Now can you guys tell me where do you get those bars in the signature? :)

PAL movies can be IVTC'd to 24 fps if it's had 2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:2:3 pulldown applied. Who bothers though.
