Grow up Satan, you fucking child, you want something, DO IT YOURSELF.

I'm not your fucking slave, why should I spend time MY time doing something you could do yourself and that I don't even want or need?

MAYBE, if you asked for things properly instead of ordering all the time, I'd be more inclined to help out. saying "post the srt's also" rather than "is there any chance of posting srt's?" would be a damn site more polite and MIGHT get you results.

I get fed up with you answering posts with bitch, fuck and orders etc and therefore ignore most of them :)

My time has got nothing to do with it, but when most of your "requests" are along the lines of "do this for me, bitch", then I will not do it and it makes me far less inclined to do ANYTHING for you.

Fair enough, now about those subtitles.

I think it's going to be difficult to convert the .smi's to .srt's :

from the .nfo with the subs :-

Quote:
If you must convert this SMI to SRT,
(or even SMI to SMI),
be aware this.

There are many overlapping subs.
For example:
Cast Name appears
while actor is talking.
This requires overlapping technique.
SRT is not good at this type of coding.

So what you end up with seeing is
CAST Names with no dialogs
or Dialogs appear like a flash of
a second and cast names remain on
the screen.

With SMI, you will see them all properly.
If yo must convert SMI to SRT, be sure
to watch the movie one more time and
adjust time frame manually. (or edit out
overlapping areas.)
Do not... Repeat! Do not rely on
conversion utility. They cannot really
handle massive tags in SMI.

If you don't want to do that, never ever
just convert and upload somewhere.

Dust Off

I was disappointed by this, I expected better from Miike Takashi, this was a bit crap IMHO.

Can you guys give me the link to ACF? I've never been there before. I'm guessing it's an all Asian movie site.

just watched and deleted. Dust off subs are great but sadly they are the best thing about this dull, derivative film. Miike on auto pilot and stealing from Ringu, Ju-on, etc.

I enjoyed it, although it's certainly not the best example of Japanese horror.

The film suffers mainly from lack of consistent atmosphere. Miike builds this up for specific scenes, but drops it the moment those scenes end.
The reason other films work so well IMO, is that the atmosphere is kept throughout. Even when nothing interesting/spooky is happening on screen, you still feel uneasy.
