this is a case of bashing hype, the problem it's the HALLOWEEN part... if it was a standalone piece I believe it'd be at least an ok movie, average... I don't know... this is not that bad people :| it's a little fun paranoia flick, and it's actually decent at that... besides this has one of the freakiest coolest jumps scares I've seen, I don't know if I was a little sleepy but that made me jump big time, maybe (hopefully) you'll know which part that is, great imagery on that death.

I don't like it... I love it!
I think this one gets bashed only because Myers isn't in it, and it sticks out like a sore thumb. The idea of a different Halloween-themed movie released every year as part of an ongoing series really appeals to me, it'd be a shame if no-one took the idea up.
Plus I wonder how many people have only seen the cut 15 rated UK video from the '80s? I saw it uncut on TV, one of the rare times that the broadcast version is better than the video version.
