Also waiting for original language and AR... I'm starting to believe that the particular dvd where this came from is like 1.85 or something similar, how can one rip a 2.35 as a 1.81... is this 1.85 originally?

Maybe the DVD has a wrong AR. It happens sometimes. Several DVDs of the "Friday the 13th" widescreen edition that was released around Europe have a wrong AR. Mostly 1.85:1 instead of 2.35:1.

Well, I'm sure this must be a case of the dvd having the wrong aspect ratio, however the only friday the 13th with a 2.35:1 AR is part 3, because it was shot in 3-D  the other are 1.85:1... BUT they do seem a little off on the dvds, I'm not sure but I think they cropped all till JGTH (paramount era) to a 1.78:1 AR or something, I can be wrong.

These rips are all region 5 at a guess, which has the cropped 1.85 ratio. The new UK disc from Optimum is 2.35 and is released on the 21st April.

Decent gore, HORRIBLE movie. I really have lost all faith in Argento after this, and that God awful TV movie he made. Also, the whole movie is in English. Unless they re-shot the whole thing in Italian, I doubt an "Original language" version exists, that isn't a dub.
