I would like to suggest the Scott Smith's novel "The Ruins", from which this movie has been based.
A gruesome, disturbing and vivid reading for your summer

well, not bad. Just why they changed some characters? Well, actions of them. But, ok well, movie is not bad, especially, that its unrated version, cause in normal there are some scenes missing, where jeff is working:) with matthias legs. ...and bloody cuted bitch looks sexy, yeah!

Yes, good movie , with some grisly moments and a bunch of good characters; anyway I think that a couple of scenes which should have been disturbing (as in the book) came out in a stupid and comic way, ruining the overall atmosphere.

yeah, you're right about the atmosphere. Sometimes it feels like everything is going to fast, to streamlined, there is no such dismay feeling like in book
