What's this? A Troma movie with serious undertones? A vampire hunter is bitten by her would-be prey, but reveals that she has AIDS before she dies. What a lovely idea.
Surprisingly, the acting isn't all bad, although it's a bit of a bargain bucket affair in terms of budget and effects. There's a fair amount of slapstick humour, some fun with corpses, gratuitous nudity, usual Troma stuff in other words. It's light on blood and gore though, just for a change, unless I was watching a cut version.
Difficult to know for whom this film was made, ultimately. It's not gross enough for horror or gore lovers, and it's nowhere near intelligent enough to be some kind of cult arthouse flick. For Tromen and Tromettes only, maybe.

I recommend this one, don't be afraid of the Troma label. They just released it. Also, if you could find 'Tainted', another Troma released vampire film, get it; its original and has a "clerks"- style humor to it.
