They Only Kill Their Masters (1972)
Was the murderer a man... or man's best friend?

An enigmatic young woman has been murdered in a small California coast town. The investigation by the local sheriff uncovers a complex web of relationships centering on the victim; the scattered trail of evidence ranges from a mysterious photograph to the victim's own dog. During the investigation, the sheriff meets and becomes romantically involved with a woman whose connection to the murder is ambiguous.

Quote:
1.46gb of james goldstone's 1972 mystery/thriller, they only kill their masters
starring james garner, katharine ross, hal holbrook, harry guardino, june allyson,
peter lawford, edmond o'brien and ann rutherford. Good '70's mystery plays more like
an episode of the rockford files. Enjoyable with a great, tense scene in the bedroom!
Good on a sunday afternoon and garner's always cool to watch! Ripped from the warner archives dvd.
