Ok, finished.
To re-sync the audio (if you haven't already) load the .avi into nandub.
go to Audio > interleaving in the menu and type 300 into the "delay Audio by" box then make sure "direct stream copy" is ticked in both the audio and video menus and then save the file (save as preferably)

It should be ok then. Hope that helps

Trial and error, most files seem to be either +/- 300 or 600 ms though, unless the audio is either stretched or compressed (i.e startout fine and goes out of synch slowly), then it's MUCH harder.

Well, but this was the case here, and with Modern Vampires too, wasn't it? That's what you correct with interleaving. In the simple case when the delay is the same throughout the whole movie you just have to find the right offset, which is much easier.

No, Rawhead rex and Modern Vampires (I assume) just out of synch, not stretched or compressed.

If they are Stretched/compressed then you have to adjust the "frame rate" (of the audio) to re-synch.

I don't know about RR, but MV starts ok and then goes more and more out of sync. Read JD's description of the problem.

And I repaired it using the Auto Skew correction in Nandub, where I put the value of 300. Unfortunately, I've just noticed I can't recompress the audio (nan dub crashes), and in full processing mode this leaves me with a 1,5 gb file.

I'm downloading it, so I'll take a look when it finishes.
