A dark tale based on the true story of Aileen Wuornos, one of America's first female serial killers. Wuornos had a difficult and cruel childhood plagued by abuse and drug use in Michigan. She became a prostitute by the age of thirteen, the same year she became pregnant. She eventually moved to Florida where she began earning a living as a highway prostitute--servicing the desires of semi-truck drivers. The tale focuses on the nine month period between 1989 and 1990, during which Wuornos had a lesbian relationship with a woman named Selby. And during that very same time, she also began murdering any of her clientele who attempted to rape her. This turned the tables on a rather common phenomena of female highway prostitutes being the victims of serial killers--instead Wuornos, herself, carried out the deeds of a cold-blooded killer.

is the first better than the second??? any comment on that?? erm dont you dare to say becouse its crap??? come on tell me dont be shy, i can face the consequences i have seen more crap movies a normal human can handel... so what is it going to be is it better or worst than the second??

I havn't seen them yet.... The 2nd one is a doco about the chick... the 1st one is a drama about the chick. 1st one got a academy award nomination... ... .

Selling of a Serial Killer is better.

Life and Death of a Serial Killer is better still.

But Selling of a Serial Killer got posted a couple of days ago, did nobody notice? :wacky:

After watching the documentaries... will have to go back and watch the movie again. See how good a job ol' Charlize did. I doubt I'll agree that "This is one of the greatest performances in the history of the cinema."

Mmmmmm she did a quite good preformance if you ask me, when i first watched thid movie i didn't recognize her from beiin the girl from the other movies i've had seen from her, so yes i was really amazed.
Anywayz it all personal in wether you like someone's acting or not you go watch and see for yourselve.

I thought this flick was more than entertaining :twisted:

The story was kinda sad, makes you think for a while, when you see all the shit one can be put through. And actually tryin to make the best of it................................................................ cried my eyes out :roll:
