Plot:
This tale is set in Huadu, an ancient land ruled by a cruel empress (Qu Ying), where men are subservient to women. A prophecy announces a boy will rise to become king and restore the male regime. Meanwhile, Char (Jaycee Chan), a humble boy, and his adopted brother, Leaf (Chen Po-lin), perform in a traveling show. When the pair happens upon a stone with a treasure map engraved on it, two lovely yet lethal female warriors, Blue (Gillian Chung) and Spring (Charlene Choi), join the boys on their journey. The youngsters encounter various challenges before they meet General Lone (Donnie Yen), a master swordsman who seeks to overthrow the empire. To do so, he must first duel the Lord Of Armour (Jackie Chan).

The subs on this movie are very Engrish at the moment. I'm going to work on revising them tonight and hopefully have new subs up for us. This was a VERY fast download. I got the movie in less than three hours.

You know what I just realized? Even though the original actors are back for this movie, they aren't playing the same characters and this seems like more of an action/fantasy than the action/horror the original was.

Don't I feel like the idiot....

Should I just delete this topic guys or can I do that?

What is your problem? The first one I would not call 'horror' either. More a fantasy/vampire/love story. So what? And name recycling for maketing reasons is nothing new. Actually who expects that a 2 version has something to do with the previous one? Maybe a mod can move it to the non-horror section, but then many other flicks must be moved, too.

Btw. have you posted this one on ACF already? Even if it is not horror, it is asian and they'd like it there.

That's very true. At least the first one had vampires though so it could have at least sort of gotten away with calling itself horror. I just wish I had noticed it.

And no I haven't checked on ACF for this . I should go look and see if it's up yet and get it on there if it isn't. Thank you for reminding me.
