IMDB

Kibakichi is a lone swordsman from Yokai, a land of monsters that once co-existed alongside man. Raised on raw meat rations and with an affinity with the full moon as well as a blistering skill with the sword his Yokai persona is that of a werewolf!

In his venture to seek out goodness amongst man he finds himself in a desolate village and in the middle of an age-old battle between good and evil.

Geisha turn into giant carnivorous spiders, samurai change into werewolves, and ghostly monsters and skeletons prey on humans, KIBAKICHI delivers all the grit of a spaghetti western with the violent grace of a samurai flick.

im not sure whether or not u guys are involved with asian cinema and to what degree, but from my perspective as a movie fan, martial arts & horror fan and long long time aficionado of (most) asian cinema, this piece of crap was by far the biggest disappointment this year (as its been sitting on my hdd waiting 8, 9 months for subs to arrive, sure there were some expectations building up during that time).

ITS PLAIN SHITTY; i hope its sufficient to say, incompetent in all aspects of movie making.
that of course is just my opinion, but it will save u 700 megs of discspace and x kb/s of bandwidth, that u`d (most likely) want back after sitting thru this garbage (not to mention 95 mins u could have used for better things/movies).

Perhaps it was watching this with no expectations (all I knew about it was from this thread), but I found it to be very enjoyable.

Ok, so it's not going to win any awards and could have done with a fair bit more money thrown at it, but as we all know, money does not make a good film.

Intentional or not, it had the look and feel (effects included) of 60's era samurai films mixed with Japanese mythology. I can't see any reason why anyone who enjoys either of those would not enjoy this film, on some level at least.

It's not fast paced, it's not full of fancy effects, but it's definately not "incompetent in all aspects of movie making" or crap imo.

You DO NOT request a torrent on a Edonkey/emule board !!!!

But because I like the movie I did some searching .....

Only demonoid.com has a nearly dead torrent.

There are 2 public torrents that have both part 1 AND 2 :D ........ in german  .... :matrix: wargand for that.

And for us ed2k , well part 1 is available as either a 1 or 2 cd :

kunoichi.lady.ninja.1998.dvdrip.xvid-qsp.avi

Kunoichi.Lady.Ninja.CD1.Dvdrip.Unrated.[TETRE].(osloskop.net).avi
Kunoichi.Lady.Ninja.CD2.Dvdrip.Unrated.[TETRE].(osloskop.net).avi

there's also that german dub of part 2 on the mule:
Kunoichi - Lady Ninja 2 Blutige Rache.avi

Someone go out ahead and verify some of these ; I'm waaayyyy behind a lot of releases.
