A real treat this is

It's got no IMDB and the dvd is limited to 30 copies worldwide

Trapped and alone in a world of pure terror, haunted by nightmarish visions. What has he done in this place?

I think it is a very good short of about 20 mins about a guy who wakes up at a strange lit place where he meets his inner fears, or something like that
