Alright guys, due to internet problems, this movie just got completed today. I'll be starting now, and this is probably a stupid question, but is there any program that'll create timecodes for you? I've seen fansubs with some damn specific timecodes (like in milliseconds, for example 00:00:41,820 --> 00:00:45,290), so I was just wondering.

EDIT: Is there a media player that says milliseconds when you play a movie? WMP, Media Player Classic, and DIVX players don't.

DOUBLE EDIT: Fuck, these guys talk fast. I'm mostly used to dealing with written Spanish, not spoken.

Zoomplayer has a neat feature or at least, lots of neat features, one that will be very useful:

2nd button>dialogs>Scene Cut editor

hit the button "get current scene" and it will tell you the exact location.

just tested with my rip, works perfect.

Problem is I have no webspace, so no http but someone here sure has and can do this for us :mrgreen:

btw, I don't think its the same DVD, because the German release from which my rip + subs were made (Videostore rental version) is from 17.01.2005.

@PC Arcade: your rip is 1:19:27, mine is 01:19:29, 2 seconds difference...

Are they consequently out of sync from the beginning for the same rate or is the delay getting bigger the longer the movie goes?

Fixed, you need to add a 1.5 second Negative delay to sync it with the old rip.

[Edit] Scratch that, you need to add a 1.250 second negative delay to get them to sync, It was very slightly out with 1.5[/edit]

btw: there have been many mistakes in the subs, I went through the subs for about an hour or so to eliminate these, if you still find mistakes, feel free to correct them and update the subs.
