I have just finished to watch Inside, one of the most awaited movies of this year to me, and I agree with the other guys here: Inside is a good slasher, but not a masterpiece. Overhyped? For sure, and once again hype did a very awful job on my expectations.

Yes, Inside has gore (an excalation of gore), nice actors and a decent direction, but it's too much straight; sometimes suspence works fine, thanks to the excellent soundtrack and a good utilization of the environmental sounds, but there are too many stupid actions (a clichè in slasher movies, ok, but it's not an obligation!) and the zombie cop is totally crap, no excuses for it. Movie quality could have been improved more, expecially in a dark flick like this: in this way the global atmosphere and the gore's impact on the audience are penalized enough. The ending, on the other hand, is really awesome: pure gruesome sadness, and a lot of pain.
