There's English fansubs up at Kloofy's: Ju-On - Shiroi Roujo [Shadowlord666].zip

Haven't done downoading the rip yet, so I dunno if they will be in synch or not.

EDIT: Yeah, those subs are in synch :)

...Too bad the rip suffers from bad IVTC - Headache-inducing jerkiness :(
