The freedom fighter, Jaka Sembung, struggles to free the oppressed people of Indonesia from the yolk of their evil Dutch masters. To stop this seemingly unstoppable hero, the Dutch raise a super-zombie of a wizard to destroy him. Can our hero survive this challenge?

This is one bizarre combination of genres here. Normally, I would expect a film about a revolutionary fighting the oppressors to be a straight action film, but we've got all kinds of elements of fantasy in here. The raising of the super zombie wizard really sends the film in a different direction. It's a very weird one. The action and martial arts in the film are very good. There's lots of blood and gore. The special effects are laughable at times, but that makes it more fun.
