As you can see this isn't the best rip quality, although it has something none of the other rips have, subtitles.
What we would like , and i know other people on this forum would appreciate,
is if someone could rip these subs and put them to one of the DVD rips that are floating about.

Did you try Subrip?
Allegedly its able to capture hard subs from a rip with an amount of manual input. I tried it on Taxi 1 but the black background behind the subs made it an impossible task.

Yeah, I was gonna sync it to the GrimRippers one.... Unless there's another DVDRip folks would prefer it synched to?

What's the problem with the subs that are already in the movie? I understand that some people prefer softsubbed movies over hardsubbed ones, but it's not like you're gonna watch this movie and then switch off the subs just because you can, now are you?

Eeehm, maybe I'm just picky, but those subs aren't synched. I checked it and in the beginning of the movie all is well, but after a while the subs are getting behind (or ahead, can't remember).

Sorry I did the best I could without having the rip, all I did was copy the times straight from the VHS and then drop it by ten seconds, obviously I need to get me the rip, but after having watched it a few times while making the subs, I don't think I could handle it...simply the first hour and twenty minutes is mind numbingly crap with an awesome vision of hell tacked on the end.
Maybe someone with the rip could at least use them to fix for everyone else.
