I didn't do it (in this case) but since I do it every once in a while, by re-tag you mean type F2 and rename the file you're downloading? whats the big deal about it? maybe it's the noob in me asking, sorry... even more when you're not claiming the rip is yours, for example sometimes I change a file that's (blablabla)movie.avi to just movie.avi, because it'll be easier to find in the waintig list on emule or something.... most of the times I just change the name before burning, but every once in a while (though really not often) I change a filename I'm not finished yet.

If you never change a filename (I admit I did it a few times in the past, just for the reasons you're mentioning), it is way easier to find back certain rips. Which can come in handy if someone asks for a reshare.

Yeah, I know... since I sometimes change the name before burning, I had to look back to threads, check filesizes and info before knowing that was the one being asked for reshare. But really while downloading I renamed maybe 4 times in my life, really rare. I do it with porn all the time though :beerchug:
