Could you post any screens? As you probably know, rips that had badly mastered or LQ source go to LQ section, even if the source was actually DVD. I'm not downloading this one, so you have to judge yourself and please, post the screens. You can upload them here: http://members.lycos.co.uk/hhahfiles/

If this has been ripped from the Diamond DVD (the only one I know of) then its pretty ropey. It's horribly cropped (a tight 4:3 from if I remember correctly a proper 2.33:1 anamorphic original) and mastered from a VHS source.
A real shame as its a cracking little movie. I'd suggest it being a LQ release if its from the version I've just mentioned, although kudos to the ripper anyway. It's a hardly a complaint when its taken from the best (only?) source currently available.

Ok, it has been moved and I'm waiting for the confirmation or screenshots if I'm wrong. This is not meant as any assault, it's just how it is on this board - LQ goes to LQ.

To be honest I think your degree of satisfaction with the DVD (and naturally the rip taken from it) will depend on how familiar you are with the movie. I saw it at the cinema way back when, and i've always had a soft-spot for it. If you want to see exactly how badly cropped the disc is compare the grabs to the trailer of the movie found in the extras section of the House On Haunted Hill (remake, by the same director) DVD.

Again. Absolutely no disrespect is meant to you Jynks. It's simply that in my book any version of a movie that heavily cropped is low quality. But in any case, the fault lies at the feet of the muppets at Diamond, not yours.

Yea it is still shared and it is set to "release" but it seams that no one can download it? Any ideas?

I am thinking of setting up a seperate client just for releaseing stuff... I have a zillion ques and most are for stuff that I am all ready downloading.

I know I do not know wat to do, I keep the shared files clean of stray stuff, and have it all marked for "release" in piority, all the other files set to "very low" Though my que is massivly long and emule shares all the other stuff...

Is there a mod mabey I should use that aids releaseing stuff? Or should I install a seperte copy of emule or somthing and JUST have those files shared... wat do you guys think?
