This is actually one of my favorite low budget films from the 80's,sure the costumes are a bit cheesey and some of the effects are laughable(you'll see what I mean during the arrow shooting sequence)but there is something about this movie that really appeals to me.I am glad to be sharing this one out,can't recomend it enough,not just becuase I was the one to rip it but becuase this truely is an entertaining film.Especially for those of us that are into the so bad it's good flics :mrgreen:

To bad it hasn't been released on DvD yet.

I remember this movie, but don't remember it.
I have an old fangoria magazine somewhere that has a artical about this when it was in production.
It just was a very small theatrical release only seeing maybe a half a week in the distribution but was a Drive-in/dirty grindhouse 2nd bill hit.

Those were the days....

Apperently they are going to release this film on DvD this year,no set date from what I could find yet though,got the pic of the DvD cover right here.

Finally got a release date on the dvd... 04/13/2004.Lets just hope that the transfer was good and not at the level of Alien Dead or Deadly Spawn. :wacky:

This is the cheapest I have found...check out the movie plotline info...what the hell are these people on???

The dvd was indeed horrible...to think I paid 17 Sterling for it.... :matrix:

Stil with todays codecs and some gained experience I might be able to manage a better rip....nothing extraodinary though

BTW check that DEATH SPA thread again - you sure you're still interested ?

No...wasn't blaming you...when you work with a crap source well,you know the results...same with deadly spawn...with scalps beeing one of his better films I am hoping they really did get a good transfer and not just put it out under a 20th anniversary label as complete shit.As Ventura sometime does.
I'll check the death spa thread again and see what you are talking about.I have seen the movie before so I know what to expect as far as what the movie offers :wink:
