Still gonna grab this when I get home today. By the way, which program do you use to rip VHS? Going to try a couple of movies this week, but I have never done this before.

Again, thank's for the rip. :D

I use pinnacle Studio deluxe to cap(Won't let me use anything else). Then recently I have been encoding via gnot..although this one STILL came out oversized even though I clicked everything correctly.I find it isn't the prog(but it helps) but the card itself...Can't say enough good things about this one I got...0 dropped frames on every damned movie I cap....Can't complain at that point. :D

Just another note here..as I said before the quality of the source tape wasn't the best in the world...had kind of a line at the top part of the screen for about 10 minutes and then it goes away..as if the tape got ate at some point. One more thing...this is in english.

If you already got the cap card Koff then I would use VdubVcr...I used to use that when I capped with my Nvidia card...least lag and and takes least amount of resources..besides it is pretty much dummy proof meaning that it is pretty hard to mess up on...I usually capped in Huff codec when I used that...but try morgans codec first and see if you can use it..gives better and smaller results. :beerchug:
