I've got the "hfa" release (not sure what it means :wink: ). This one has extra footage, but is it really worth the (re)download? (i.e. is there any nudity or extra bee violence :wacky: )

I think it's the tag of a guy known as HablaFilm, a member of fileheaven. A while ago I posted his rip of Wolf with Jack Nicholson here.

Just because I don't want you to feel frustrated with your ignorance. :mrgreen: ;)

this looks cool. I remember seeing a similar movie, only with ants instead. And then I remember seing a MacGuyver ep with the same theme where they actually ripped the ants scenes from that movie. hmm... maybe emboy can help? :wacky:

@John Doe
Empire of the ants perhaps?The one with Joan Collins?I like that movie alot...don't think I got it anymore so a rip would be much appreciated.I got this other one sitting next to me called Terror out of the Sky which is another bee movie..not nearly as good as The Swarm but it is decnet enough.A shitload of Bee movies as well as ant movies all came out around the same time,also the ones with spiders.
@fppi
No nudity and only a few extra scenes with the bees,the main extra scenes I remember are that they show Henry Fonda and Ross having halucinations as a result of the bee venom.If you already got it and the quality is good then I wouldn't worry about the redownload..I think the total time on this sucker is 2 hours and 35 minutes..might want to check your copy and go from there.
@grindhouse
Now that is a scarey thought!!!...no wonder she did Barberella :o
@Polityk
Hehehe...but wouldn't that scare you if you were 12 and you had him hovering over you like some damned vulture or worse yet a catholic priest??I have always been in question of Michael Cains orientation. :o :-o :wink:
At any rate, glad you guys all like the release..I'll move it over the other machine tommorow so it can get done faster with more sources. :beerchug:

Anyone know the name of the Bee movie that they have to drive a VW Beetle into a US football ground covered in bees then drop the temperature in the stadium to kill em?...i remember watching it on tv years ago and would like to get that one if anyone can ID it for me and knows of a link :D

i've got The Swarm on DVD myself already well i think it's this version the runtime PAL is 149mins so maybe about the same with conversion rates from PAL to NTSC :?

Mosquito?
It is about the same grade as Ticks.Both got humour in them and come from 90's cinema..Not as obviously funny as 8 legged freaks but it's that cheeky humour that was a staple for most 90's horror films from america.
Hehehe....John..these movies your bringing up is an obvious sign we need a bug collection done :wink: I am not starting another collection till that fucking d'amato thread is finished though so it either goes on the back burner for me or perhaps someone else wants to take on the beast?Just remember folks to finish what you start :beerchug:
