I have installed emule. Tried to hit a file but i cannot get it to connect. I'm running morph. I told windows fire wall to unblock it, but to no avail.

Help.

hm - let me think - have U got a high ID???? And what says the log??? Mean there must be a reason because of what theres no connection. Give us some little more information - so that we can help you. What kind of emule or Mod U used before - and was this Prob there too??

EDIT - Are U connected - see in the right down corner - if the world is completely green - then you are connected (with high ID and Kad Network) - then U only got a prob with taking ed2k links. And for this U have to klick at the button take ed2k links in General window. If this doesn`t help U could check if there is a x in autotake ed2k links during runtime - in extended Prefside.

Did you use emule before? copy-paste the log please and just for your information, windows firewall sucks, that could be the problem.

Using neomule, but am completely unfamiliar with emule as awhole. I will check the things that you mentioned and come back with my results.

Another one: do you have any other programs running that use the same port as emule?
Maybe the most obvious: Do you have servers in your list?
If nog get a list.
