Yeah, I gave up on this 2

No sources. Out of interest, what is the reason for using overnet?

If you've got the option of choosing, then emule is a much better mod for sharing and downloading.

But if your forced into using overnet then, thanks for all the effort in sharing

I'm afraid you can't make an effective release on overnet. The user base is far too small and I doubt anyone wants to use it on this board very much. Most users seem to use emule therefore there is zero sources available, despite the fact there maybe a source on overnet. I have changed the topic title to indicate this is an overnet only release :(

Hell, why ddn't you tell you were on Overnet? In this case I'll have to cancel, I don't touch that shit. Pity, I really wanted to see it.

Any chance you'll switch to eMule?

I've now tried out overnet for a couple of weeks, and this was equally hard to get there. Currently got:
Cd1: 6 mb
Cd2: 121 mb
Cd3: 9 mb
Cd4: 105 mb

Since you seem detirmined to stay with overnet, could you at least switch to the edonkey/overnet hybrid client Woodstock? Woud be a better chance at spreading it then.

Since I hate incomplete downloads I searched and found some different versions:

ed2k: Giorgino.mpg  [843.69 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Giorgino_V.O.S.T_FR_VHSRip_CD1_by_www.ame-stram-gram.com.avi  [695.81 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Giorgino_V_O_S_T_Fr_Vhsrip_Cd2_By_Ame-Stram-Gram.avi  [695.90 Mb] [Stats]
ed2k: Mylene_Farmer_-_Giorgino.avi  [602.95 Mb] [Stats]

Hoping at least one of them will have english subs.

I don?t get it. All the work, including encoding and reencoding to spread a very rare movie. And then the whole project wrecks because of insisting on overnet? Cool.

wow. WHAT a version. ok, this is originally itallian I guess. It's subbed in some other bizarre language.. The funny thing is, it's ALSO been dubbed in another weird language, but not by removing the original voice, nope, just ONE SINGLE PERSON talking real loud to outdo the original voices. And the same guy is doing male and female voices. You'd allmost think it was a MST3K joke, but no.

ed2k: Giorgino.mpg  [843.69 Mb] [Stats]
Now this one has tons of sources, but all have the same single segment. Canceled.

ed2k: Giorgino_V.O.S.T_FR_VHSRip_CD1_by_www.ame-stram-gram.com.avi  [695.81 Mb] [Stats]

Having a hard time previewing these. will have to see how it comes out after a while... (hoping I wont have to get the whole files just to see they're not the real deal)

Allright Johnny Doe. I think you`ll have no luck with these two, because of the suspect "FR" in the links, which stands probably for fuckin french. In addition the link is from a french site, so.... Please inform me if its in original language with subs or with engl. audio.

Thanx pal, GH

VOST.xx

means, original version, subtitled where XX is the language of the subs I think.

Dunno why it's not FR.dub or FR.sub though

i have given up to get this one ages ago..... and i think u guys should to, u will sleep better if u just let it go...

the thing this guy should have done in the first place is to ftp it to someone that are willing to share it on emule and have it on share for 3-6 months... thinking this 4cd movie spread faster than u can run to the crapper, in a cold winter night with your pants down and polar bears chasing u, is just plain silly.... but i guess there are ppl out there that think so... overnet aint that fast dude... and there is no easy way only the hard way... when it come to spreading movies...

Woohoo! English!!! It's the subs that are french as Spud said. Quality is quite shitty, but remember it's a vhsrip of a never released movie. =)

ok finally watched it.

First of all, it's not horror. I can see no exuse to call this horror at all.. It's drama. Pure drama.

That being said, I rather enjoy a good drama now and then.. Problem is, this aint very good. At least not for a 3 hours long movie. The director constantly overdramatizes everything so that there is no room left to empathize. And what's the point of a drama where you don't feel for the characters?

The story is not that bad, albeit not ground breaking either, but it's told in such a shallow manner. Would have been interesting to see what this material could have been in the hands of another director, more experienced in stirring up emotions from the viewer.

The best thing about this movie however is it's cinematography, which is stunningly beautifull at times. Too sad that we can hardly make it out because of the terrible quality of this 2CD rip though....

So, to conclude: Let my pain whilst I suffered through it be your lighthouse beam in the fog and you can safeley skip this one. At least till a MUCH better quality version comes along..
