is the first rough airbrushoutline draft of it, before i got the above definition of 'iconoclast', it was going to be a vampire samurai slicing thru a monk with his cross, going along the lines that iconoclastvampire samurais disbelieved that a cross could harm him, so it has no affect. now after the above definition i think i will make it more of a cowboy theme.
just kidding, though i will throw in some more stuff along the lines of the definition.
that top quote is from Ambrose Bierce? he be one of my rolemodels.

Cool. Sounds promising :D
And by the look of early draft it's going to be a nice one. =)

hehe, as long as you have low standards.

it;s not done, though i had saved it in the various stages of how i work on a picture.

the pic i posted above is actually not how it started,
this one was-
http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... cono-1.JPG

because the sword went off the page i had to expand the canvas size, but because i didnt have a keyboard on my other computer, i had to copy and paste the size increase from somewhere else, i added the dude on the bottom because it was quite a bit bigger then i had intended.

http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... cono-2.jpg
but of course i forgot the reason i had enlarged it was to make room for the sword, so i moved everything down-
http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... cono-3.jpg

and was filling in the detailing, color, etc. basically the samuraivampire is on the backswing from slicing thru the monk'a face and arm. i havent really messed with 'action arcs' or whatever they are called, the lines to show where the movement is, i was going to do it with the monk;s blood.
if there is something you want different, let me know. i would hope you'll use the final picture for something, so if u want anything changed, add anything, ditch something, let me know. otherwise its gonna be similar to
http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... ordguy.jpg
except with blue/twilight sky, and red armor on samuraivampire, maybe some temples/churches burning in background.

once i figure out how to make animated gifs, BEWARE! hitler smiley, santa smiley being crucified, smiley swallowing a razorblade, they are all ones that demand to be made.

hehe, i noticed all the new little smilies at the bottom. did you make all of these?

There's a base point for you. A funky red hat and you have your santa (we all know jesus is santa... unless you believe those lying cartoons)

Anyways, animated gifs = animation shop (comes with PSP)

that
psp= paint shop pro?

all these crazy smilies jiggling around make me kind of motion sick.

my home made monkenstein-
http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... /mmm-1.jpg

and the little title i animated for it, it's a rar;d avi divx4 low motion, like 5 seconds-

http://members.lycos.co.uk/skitzotheclo ... /gears.rar

i got a different version i was working on, has the dude's eyes moving, and he mouth is moving.
it'll be nicer with some background industrial type music,
so
my project for today is to find a decent music making program. i want something that lets me pick what instrument to use, then puts the notes i play on the little music sheet, recording them. i have no clue on music progs, anybody ever use them? i know someyou people do,,,

i did some animation of the doctor guy doin' some creative surgery with his powerdrill and sledgehammer, but all the sounds ive made for it kind of suck, and i think my neighbors may wonder why the hell i am screaming so much more then usual.......... if they dont like the noise, they should move to a better neighborhood. there are reasons why the rent is so cheap here, and i am most of them.

thanks, i will try it. youve used it before?

anybody download my animated title?
i think its kind of nifty. next step, sound. and more blood. lots and lots of blood.

the iconoclast picture is going poorly. it just doesnt want to look very good.

the karstmobile/jimmy pearl 'shut up dummy!' picture is coming along just lovely.

not really, but it's simply the best software quoted by every musician i know (not wanting to get into this again, but all the people who own macs use it to mix their tracks [u can of course get it on windows, but it runs better on *nix]).

I think the latest is called CUBASE SX or somewat.

I can confidently say that it is the best, unless someone who creates music wishes to tell me otehrwise

I used to make music, but that was back in the days when Impulse Tracker was the hottest thing.

You could check out one of my best tunes:
http://home.online.no/~s.rast/hope.rar
(play with Winamp).
promise it wont hurt you to listen..

Anyways, this is some years ago, and now the damn proggy aint even compatible no more.. =(

That's why I switched to FruityLoops after trying out loads of other proggies. I found it the coolest one out there. Cubase is good ofcource, but like most other professional proggies it can be quite complicated to learn.

If you just wanna play around and make some tunes (ie. not compose a Symphony or record a CD which you hope to release and make money from) I highly recomend Fruityloops. It is quite powerfull, but also not that difficult to understand and you wont have to read a whole bible before you can get tracking.

and just to accomplish something...anything. so i can say 'i made that! now put out or get out, biaatchez!'

Can't wait to see this one...

@JD:
Listened to the song. Kinda sad in a way. Shows the work you put into it. Sounds nice on the home theatre speakers. :)

Then you haven't used "Reason" yet.

Reason is great, just like a real rack with synthis and drumcomputer, you even have the cables on the backside...
:D

Tangab?gler, I haven't really used any yet ;) That's merely what all my friends use though so i guessed it had to be good :)

And now that i think about it, I think i heard em mention fruity loops too like doe said too, i doubt any musician uses exclusively one app anyways, like cgi artists and what have you.

Never heard of "Reason" though, that doesn't mean they don't use it, just i never heard them jibber about it
