this is pissing me off too about no release year, anyone have an imdb for this one... I couldn't find it :lol:

btw. it says uncut, but it looks censored, what with the pixelation... was it meant to be like this or is it from a censored japanese print?

It's a Japanese movie, and with their crazy "vomit/scat/piss okay, but pubic region bad" policy, I doubt there'll be a non-pixellated version.

Maybe (hopefully) Ferox knows more about the year.

but that still means its censored then surely, even though the uncut version only exists with the makers, if a censorship board has touched the print then its not by definition uncut/uncensored?

hehe i'm not being picky at all, but I'm just saying, since its clearly been censored. Of course they might have censored it themselves, but that doesn't seem at all likely.

Uncut is a term not to be thrown around if its not known imo, but it says so in the filename, and I just want to know whether that's confirmed or an assumption.

From what i've heard is that in Japan it's illegal to show privates/pubic hair and that's why they are censored. 90% of porn and such from there is like that. As to whether or not it's uncut or not will be up to ferox to respond to.

(its weird, they are extremely liberal on the sex front apart from this!). What I'm wondering is that even thoughl its not had the run time is reduced or anything, the definition of uncut is invalid surely, because an original negative was taken, and then censored by a censor board? By definition, uncut means uncensored when you talk about films.

I *think* that this censoring would be done by the censor board (this is how it works in all other countries) and not the creators though, as is the situation in every other country (barring big media companies that have policies, but since the creators don't censor here, these can not be claimed to be uncut either ie. friday the 13th/paramount). Of course, that's what i'd assume, japanese people baffle me :mrgreen:

Its just I thought that censoring is done after a review board says "you must do this..." and lists all instances where censoring is required. I'm just wondering whether its right to tag it uncut that's all, since its clearly censored.

I'm with you on this, Spud. It doesn't meet my definition of uncut. Of course, there is probably zero percent chance of it becoming available uncensored. It should just be listed without the cut/uncut tag. Unless, there is another version that is cut, the tag is redundant and potentially misleading.

On a side note, I'm not getting down on ferox (great releaser, lots of rare gems), but wasn't there another issue with him tagging something uncut and it not being. Seems to be the default tag he/she uses.

I had requested this from him a week or so ago and then fierysky put it out on edk so he didn't need to go to the trouble of reripping it.So also a big thanks to Fierysky for sharing it out.Makes tracking down these nasty exploitation films easier when it is a semi-group effort. :beerchug:

IMHO i class this as "UNCUT" cos it has all the rape scenes intact and other obscure stuff sure the japanese as we all know optical censor "pubic hair" its there law.As for whos edited the pixellation on the disc i dont know maybe censors maybe the guys themselves i.e director this film is doubtfull to have passed uncut in japan anyways regarding silly optical censoring.one thing is though as someone says you sure are fussy spud and for the other person aka chadman yes quite correct i did seed another film that i stated "uncut"which to no fault of my own and btw (it was only one other time)was cut it says on the cover uncut and it was cut.Point is ive got so many original dvds i end up seeding them b4 i even watch them months later on so guess really at the end of the day i didnt watch it it wasent me that lied it was the a-holes that made the dvd no need to jump on my back and for the books ime a guy

i dont have time to watch all my films i still havent watched some i got way back 12 months ago so i gathered the dvd in question was uncut as stated.
