A strange murder occurs at a dark, rundown hospital. Head of the Women's Wing Penny Second's (Peta Lily) lover is dead - killed by the live dog sewn into his stomach.

The physically repulsive Detective Sergeant Stiltskin (Philip Pellew) investigates, but who is the man (Olegar Fedoro) he take direct orders from over the earpiece embedded in his head? And what part does Penny's comatose father (Chris Banks) and her bizarre childhood memories play in all this?
