OFFTopic question:

Is there a way in ubuntu to fix the AR using the command line without transcoding (just changing the flag?)

On linux everything depends on the chip included on your network adapter.
If you are luck and own a card that is supported out of the box then you will have no problem at all.
If you buy a new one you definitely have to check for the support first, because most are re-engineered, because most manufacturers supply no linux drivers at all.

mp3g4 headings can be changed, but it depends on a play that correctly uses them. Most don't.
