Nope, this is Indonesian Rambo, a beast of a completely different kind (aside from the fact that both are Rambo ripoffs). The Turkish one is about a brave Turkish commando who fights terrorists in the mountains, this one is about an urban vigilante, who fights a crime boss and his evil minions after they rape his girlfriend.

If anybody wants the Turkish one, I think I have it somewhere too.
