Load virtualdubmod (part of the gordian know rip pack) select audio > streams > add stream and browse to the track.
then select video > direct stream copy. Then save as to filename and location of choice.
(I'm doing this from memory, so the exact names could be wrong).
Also for those of you grabbing the radio interview, AFAIK it's also an audio track along with the movie so that really should be added to the .avi too.
I've done it so I now have :-
Audio track 1 - Film soundtrack
Audio track 2 - Director's commentary
Audio track 3 - Radio Interview
Hope that helps.
