I read that it's gonna bring about 20 minutes of horror content. All drama stuff was already in theatrical version so only horror stuff will be added. Can't wait to see !

Just watched this one and was disgusted. I really don't know how it was possible to turn a great film in such an utter crap. If you have not seen the japanese version you can disregard this one as boring uninspired average horror flick. If you have seen the japanese version you only can hate this piece of shit.

Yes and no. The original also had no happy end. Japanese horror rarely has. But the original end was better. It had even less of an happy end than the american insult. The girl visited years after her mother disappeared the house again and learned what happend. And no 'I am always here for you'.

Try the original if you can.
