I'm waiting to see if there's the notion it will cover the ~£85 in hosting fees i owe, had no reply yet and I do not agree with companies making money out of filesharing be it merchandise or selling downloads.

Spreadshirt looks like the best option atm.

I do have the only Dead-Donkey keyring (POC) in existance photographed easlier in the thread, if people want those since they are hand made it will have to be based on demand and go through paypal or something.


I really do not like the idea of that company making that much money off of filesharing still, but hopefully for those of you wanting shirts you can support the site directly now and get some peddled wares . I've removed all other 'unofficial' shop links from this thread to make it clear that money are going to other people in those cases and not towards hosting fees.

I've bought one of these t-shirts for myself and will put up some pictures when it arrives.

Where does the $18 price come from? The lowest I can see is $27.00 which has the url on the back. They also want $10.00 shipping & handling to the UK making it $37.00 (£18.50).

As much as I love DD, I'm buggered if I'm paying nigh-on £20 for a t-shirt.

I remember buying a Dead Kennedys T-Shirt from my local 'Our Price records' a long time ago for £5 that were being made by a local student who was working in the shop at the time.

I agree that the T-shirts price should include a small donation to the site as voluntary donations have not been so good this last year.

Keyrings/fobs are a good idea & as they'll be considerably cheaper would sell a lot better.

its the base price for a logo'd tshirt at spreadshirt.com. if you click through you can make your own and use the dd logo (there's a mere $8 on the dd logo as a 'donation', so the money is all going to spreadshirt barring ~£4). i don't like the concept of them making so much, but they are the lesser of evils atm and all other companies offer an even worse deal so far

I assume the price is drawn from their ass to be frank and is making them a big profit, but that's the base price you get. They do handle all logistics and customer service mind.

As much as I'm saving getting movies from ed2k with the help of dead-donkey I'm happy to donate. By the way the T-Shirt has just arrived.
