are they trying to make a certain link to dracula 2000? That's being the better low budget dracula movie with sequel and now they wanna make the crappy version?

Maybe I'll pass...thanks anyway

No, this movie has nothing to do with Dracula 2000. As Erika told me, they simply wanted to indicate, that this movie is placed in the future, so it being named 'Dracula 3000' vs 'Dracula 2000' is only coincidence.

Yep, Erika as in Erika Eleniak. She's visited my page once and we've been emailing each other several times ever since.

Just downloaded that FiCO rls and as I was looking at it, it's a SCREENER! Nfo doesn't say anything about it, but just after opening credits 'Property of Lions Gate Entertainment' appears and movie goes BW...

Before anyone else downloads this I have to tell you that -

Minor spoiler

The last time you see Dracula in the movie he is crying like a little girl. Please think about that before you download.

Check out what Erika said about horror movies:

"the topic of horror movies came up..must say I was alittle surprised to see how many people dont want to be involved in one....personally I LOVE that format...I would LOVE to get a chance to do some more sick-o killing movies !!!! give me a chainsaw and a shower full of blood anyday !!! well just in fun anyway...lol..."

Boy, I like her now even more

IMDb | Rotten Tomatoes

Plot Synopsis
The undead discover a new home in the far reaches of space in this blend of science fiction, action, and horror. In the year 3000 A.D., the crew of a commercial space freighter happens upon the wreckage of the Demeter, a massive space ship that has been missing for nearly a century. Aware that there's a substantial bounty being offered for the return of the ship's cargo, the freighter's crew begin exploring the Demeter to see what remains, and they discover that the ship's hold includes a large cache of black coffins. However, the real surprise lurks inside the coffins -- a gang of vampires, taking advantage of the darkness of deep space, have taken refuge in the Demeter's payload, and they soon begin attacking those who have discovered them. Can the freighter's crew keep the menace at bay until the ship's orbit takes them into the path of the sun? Dracula.3000 includes a stellar exploitation cast, including Casper Van Dien, Erika Eleniak, Coolio, Tommy "Tiny" Lister Jr., and a special guest appearance from Udo Kier. -- Mark Deming

one of the worst movies ever, bought it and actually threw it in the trash incredibly bad. money went to the actors like coolio let this guy stay out of the horror genre. and then there is udo kier and casper van dien these three must have cost about 60% of the budget damn what a drag this thing is.

Stay away from this one.

:?

hehehe, udo kier must have had his easiest actting role so far: sitting at home for half a day, saying some things in front of a webcam ;-)

and yeah, the movie sucks bigtime, bought it too on sale a while ago and wish didn't, but if you're a draculafan and a sucker for bad movies you sometimes have to make mistakes ;-)
