the sample is bust. Doesn't play, and nandub spits out an error. Looks like a corrupted upload.

Screenshots are simpler and easier :)

cheers manzarek, Been wanting to see this one for ages! Don't care too much about the quality, you can't expect too much from an Nth generation VHS tape, dispite people complaining on your original post. nobody can really argue with free can they?

Unless its an easily avoidable mistake or something, then its helpful for everyone ;)

I'm not saying there's anything wrong here, but I hear this all the time when someone makes a suggestion or gives advice and you get a "f*ck you its free". Completely misses the point, and is very childish (p2p site moderation means I see it all the time).

err... carry on :D

i take your point spud, and your right, and i don't mean anything nasty by it, i just think people are too quick to complain.

you've released movies, so have i, and people can seem ungreatful sometimes when rippers put alot of work into a release and all they get back is 'this isn't dvd quaility, whats the point in wasting my bandwidth'.

you must have experienced that?

Spud is the main guy on here that seems to give everybody advice on these things. You learn way more when somebody says "you could have tried this or that" or "this is how it should/could have been done." He's not being an ass at all about it. He's just trying to help improve how guys rip and post. I for one welcome it EVERYTIME as i learn from other guys rights and wrongs including my own. So i hope he never stops giving advice(where the hell do you store all that info  )It's not to be taken personal. Hey were all here to help each other out in the end :moon:

Well I prefer people to tell me if something is wrong, I don't like time wasting and spreading crap when it can be better. Especially if I've made a mistake, "Thx" x 100 posts aren't as useful as informing me of a mitake.

Of course there are idiots, when one of my releases was put on SR frontpage, some idiot found the thread and went "Too slow Sharereactor! It has been ripped here" then linked to a newer, crappy MPEG2 release

I've got the tape of this. Probably the same quality. Makes for an interesting comparison.

Most likely a few generations removed from the source, same as any other print out there.
