i was hop bop bopping (drinks coffee... ah thats better *sanity returns*) i was checking through new torrents on torrentspy last night and came across one that claimed to be a trailer for resident evil (biohazard) 5 i thought "hmm last i knew spud said there are only screenshots and then only mocked up ones because its gonna be for a 3rd gen console" but i thought fuck it ill get it just incase and it turns out its the video of the scene the pictures are from, and in all honesty if thats what the game will look like then its looking damn damn damn good, hotter then all 5 members of girls aloud put together in one big naked lesbian rompfest for my own sexual gratification, and for anyone who knows my obsession with the 5 women in girls aloud then that should give you some idea of how hot re5 is looking from the vid, anyway heres a link to the torrent, ive not had emule running lately due to my gfx card melting and ive not started emule up again since, when i do ill search for an emule link too

Yeah I already seen it, it doesn't look that far ahead of a high quality feed of RE4 though, and given a 3+ year development cycle, i doubt it will look anything like that ultimately.

In the recent Xbox Summit event in Tokyo, more than 50 well-known Japanese publishers have pledged support for the Xbox 360 console, with titles in just about every genre one can think of. This is a sharp contrast to the current Xbox, which had a library of a rather sparse range of Japanese-published games. Companies such as Capcom, Namco, even Square Enix have come to the forefront with titles announced for the Xbox 360, some that were previously exclusive to other systems, most notably the announcement of Biohazard 5/Resident Evil 5 on the Xbox 360.

Well sony allegedly offered to pay for exclusivity, like GTA series... that wouldn't surprise hace me in the slightest, they've got exclusivity deals on stuff like GTA/FF and several other capcom titles. A year down the road release after the ps3 release, i wouldn;t have been surprised about in the slightest, but this will be released at the same time so its all good.

hehe, yes, they had a very, very, very expensive exclusivity deal. Square got this. Factor5 got it from nintendo (and infact capcom did with RE, although it wasn't a payment like with sony, that i hear was a mixture of GB developing licenses and support from nintendo and cash). Allegedly, there's a bit of nintendo work in RE4, whether that is true or not i have no idea.

With GTA, they weren't allowed to even announce the game for other platforms. VC and i think SA release dates for the PC were more or less exactly when the exclusivity deals ran out... which kind of shows how much they really wanted to release them on all platforms

haha yep i guess it does, i always wondered why gta, a game that started on the pc seemed to suddenly take months and months to arrive on pc from gta 3 onwards
