It seems my fan has died, so until I can fix it, no up/down-loads. :(
Hopefully I can fix it this week. Argh. Any suggestions?

Alright, fixing it monday. anybody waiting for my previous releases (of course it dies when I have so many....) hold on, i'll be back within days! I just can't run my comp very long, I refuse to lose everything to carelessness. luckily my PC will turn off before damage, but I don't know how far I can trust it.

You cannot not download until you get a fan? I'd suggest getting a new one also.

Soory guys... frustration beat up logic.
My CPU fan (the one that sucks air past the CPU) shit the bed. Of course DELL has a proprietary 3-Pin connection to power it. A 5 dollar solution turns into a $25 solution, cuz the nazis, i mean Dell, charge me $16 buck to ship it and it won't ship till Aug 22nd. Yikes. Lesson: don't buy computers from Dell, Compaq, Gateway, or any of those scammers. They'll nickel-and-dime ya to death. As of now my comp is resting in front of my A/C. Keeping it cool enough. Argh. I'll be uploading, but only for a few hours at a time.

Is there any software (free trial, maybe), that can monitor my computer's internal temperature?

Thanks PurpleNightmare! Thats exactly what I need. I've been using my comp regularly anyway. I've one of those big box fans pointed right at the back, and it works great, maybe better, than the crappy little Dell fan. This program works good too. Dell sent me a 'order shipped' email, but have yet to charge me. Maybe I got a free replacement? :beerchug:

Don't panic folks, I'm alive and well and will continue to support GrindCallus as long as he exists. It was all a hoax.

there's normally specific software on your pc motherboard driver cd, i know that with mine the software on the disc worked much easier than 3rd party apps, presumably because its made for the specific board.
