I have been away because I was getting way too into my booze and herbs, twas trashing my brain.

I never thought it would be this hard giving up the ciggies, booze and "mystic" herbs. Maybe all 3 at one time was not the greatest idea, tho the booze was not too hard as it was a recent development.

I have, believe it or not, been doin a survival thing with my neighbour, an ex-para, I have been popping home every other day to see my missus and family, and the rest of the time have been living in the middle of nowhere with my neighbour living off the land.

I gotta say it has been a truely liberating experience, tho I aint too keen on the killing bit, even if it is to eat, but I am learning to cope with it.

If anyone is interested I am feeling truely excellent now, my body is lean and strong, and my mind is back to it's full potential. Another week or 2 of this and I will be back to the man I was.

I thought I would pop in here and say hello on a visit home, just to let ya all know I am still alive.

Last order of business is to get those fucking cops off my back, they seem properly intent on having me for something, and they aint being fussy. That is why I am writing this message from another computer nowhere near my home, also have completely wiped my HDD with a shredder app and ATM it has nothing but XP on it LOL

Anyway, all going well the new and improved TaK will be back in business in a week or so, just gotta get my head properly straightened out and let my solicitors do the business with the cops. LOL I am threatening legal action for harassment as I was raided 3 times in 10 days for drugs, and a few other things, despite them finding nothing.

Yeah good luck Tak. IIRC you were diagnosed as having a stomach ulcer, has this detox cleared it up?

Good luck bro!
But do you really think you can cleanse your mind & body in just 2 weeks??? How long have you been smoking the "mystic" herbs...cuz it takes a long time for your body to get rid of the toxins! Trust me, I've been there (alcohol & speed/cocaine abuse!).
Right now I'm only into herbal relief...and go to the gym 3 times a week (kickboxing & shooto).

*Tak...please don't turn into a fuckin' tree-hugger!

LMFAO hello chavs. Straight and narrow is somewhat wrong DJ.

Decided not to give everything up, still drinking, still using the magic herbs, but both are very managed and at much smaller intakes. As for the ciggies, they are dead and buried, no tobacco has pased these lips since I first went, but smoking a doobie with herbal baccy is very strange LOL

Mentally I am back to my invincible self, if anything even stronger. Clear headed and my temper is back in check now.

Physically, what can I say? Piled on a few pounds of muscle, so now I look half decent.

@ThEdEaDLiVe, I tried giving everything up straight away, never worked for the "herbs" and baccy, my mind saw those as 2 seperate activities, so I gave up the ciggies and started rolling my "herbs" with herbal baccy.

As for the alcohol, as I would not say I had an addiction I may be of little use in offering advice. I am a creature of habit, and it was nothing more than a bad habit for taking the apparently easy route out of shit, get mashed and hope for th best.

That attitude has fucked me up enough, so for the alcohol and the herbs I just implemented strict rules that others helped me enforce, has worked so far, but obviously will power is the key.

Thanks all for your best wishes, gonna take me a while to catch up.

Oh and BTW to anyone that knew, that shit with the lawmen, I won't go into details, but it has been sorted to my extreme satisfaction, which just added to the satisfaction from clearing up some other loose ends.

Only thing I do regret is the manner in which I cleared some of these problems up with may leave a lot to be desired, but my good friend proved that some ppl only respond to violence, shame really.

:moon: :jesus:
