Summary (from IMDB):
A dentist obsessed with young women in various uniforms stalks two sisters. The oldest sister is romantically pursued by a thug that was just released from prison. The dentist also has the hots for her and the two paths eventually cross.

Release notes:
Ripped from the Mei Ah DVD which doesn't have great quality.

This is my second rip. I did a PAL DVD to learn Gknot. This one was much harder though. It was NTSC so I had to IVTC - the whole nine yards. Anyway, I'm pretty pleased with the result - Enjoy.

This is a freelancer release with limited bandwidth so any help spreading is appreciated.

Nice to hear that. Took me a while to figure out when and how to IVTC. Enjoy the movie.

I have another cool CAT 3 movie but it's NTSC and four out of five frames are interlaced (bad telecining). I have no idea if I can make a decent rip of that.

Once I get it I'll source it a while.
As for that other one you mentioned, you might just have to use kernal deinterlacing, which sadly, will take away from the sharpness of the picture.

yeah i've clicked but i'm DVDRBing at the moment so emule is getting its memory usage kicked in.
