Firefox displaying images in 256 colours

How can I stop it and put it back to the same as desktop settings?
I'm not sure when it started doing it, but some sites look bloody horrible.

Have you checked if any settings had been changed (just type 'about:config' in the address bar)?

Nothing i can see that would affect the colours not displaying properly

It's not with everything either, you can see the problem on the right hand side of this :
